A spiced rum from Barbican Botanics, distilled in South West England, with the addition of figs, orange and a whole load of baking spices. It’s rested in charred American oak casks before it’s bottled at 40% ABV, and should do very well with a splash of ginger beer to bring out those spicy notes.

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Lingering finish.
