Yet another Corish gin has hit our shelves from the guys at Atlantic distillery. Originally produced as a special for the North Cornwall Gin Festival at Wadebridge this was such a success that they have decided to keep producing it as long as our stock of “Home Grown” Blackcurrants last. It is a true gin with all of the ingredients being distilled as opposed to blending the Blackcurrants in the liquor at the end This gives a clear dry gin with the flavour of the Blackcurrants Lime & Mint coming through with no sticky sweetness Served over ice, with a Fevertree Elderflower tonic garnished with a small amount of mint, lime and if you have it a piece of Lemon Balm.
