Description
After malolactic fermentation has taken place, the wine ages in steel tanks for 3-4 months with subsequent bottle aging for another 3-4 months. Intense ruby color with violet hues, it smells of spices, licorice, pepper and Mediterranean scrub. Fresh and savory taste followed by a lingering spiciness, it is ideal with fresh pasta served with meat sauce.
