Rumbullion uses the finest Caribbean high proof rum blended with Madagascan vanilla, orange peel, cinnamon, cloves and cardomon pods. The colour is dark amber with a nose of nutmeg and cloves and brown sugar. The palate is rich and spiced, again cloves on the backrground intermingled with cinnamon and molasses and a good alcoholic kick on the finish..
