The near perfect 2006 Cobos Malbec Marchiori Vineyard is my favorite of this remarkable collection. • James Suckling: Very lush, with concentrated but silky layers of fig sauce, crushed plum, blackberry paste and mocha that glide over muscular but well-rounded tannins. Long and velvety through the powerful finish.

Producer Information

Viña Cobos in an Argentinian wine producer, located in Mendoza, with vineyards in the Luján de Cuyo and the Valle de Uco subregions. Since the inaugural vintage in 1999, these prestigious wines have been internationally acclaimed and won many awards. The wine portfolio of Viña Cobos is led by the Cobos line.
